Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: The Crosnest Giveaway Campaign ("Campaign") is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in countries where participation is legal. Employees of Crosnest and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Bots and fake accounts, and anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible.
2. Campaign Period: The Campaign begins on March 6 2024 and ends on March 15 2024. All entries must be submitted within this period to be considered.
3. How to Enter: To enter the Campaign, participants must complete the following steps:
- Follow @crosnest_com on Twitter.
- Like and retweet the giveaway tweet.
- Join the Crosnest Telegram and Discord groups.
4. Prizes: The prizes for this Campaign include:
- 1st Prize: $500
- 2nd Prize: $250
- 3rd Prize: Ledger Nano X (or $ equivalent)
- 4th Prize: Ledger Nano S (or $ equivalent)
- 5th Prize: Crosnest goodie
5. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries. The selection process will be conducted by Crosnest and the decisions will be final.
6. Notification: Winners will be notified via direct message on Twitter within 5 working days after the Campaign ends. Winners must respond within 5 working days to claim their prize, otherwise, alternate winners may be selected.
7. Verification: Winners may be required to provide verification of eligibility, including but not limited to, proof of age and residency. Failure to provide such verification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Publicity: By participating in the Campaign, participants grant Crosnest the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. Privacy: Information collected for the purpose of this Campaign will be used solely for administration of the Campaign and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Campaign or as required by law.
10. General Conditions: Crosnest reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time for any reason. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Crosnest, which shall be final and binding.
11. Governing Law: The Campaign and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
